  Worst experience. Melissa was extremely rude without apparent reason. I have never been to a dealership with no customer service and lack of offering other vehicles. My husband and I came from chowchilla to look at vehicle which was described as immaculate. It wasn't but when questioned about the carfax report Melissa told us that it was a trade in and that there was no moving the price. Which we had never even discussed. Than said sorry you came this far but good bye. We were never rude or even got to the point of negotiating. Horrible. I'm still shocked how we were treated.
